Returns & Refund Policy
At Secure Fencing, we deal exclusively in B2B transactions. Each order is manufactured, packed, and dispatched only after mutual agreement and confirmation from the client.
Important: All orders are customized or bulk in nature. Please review our policy carefully before placing orders.
Returns
Since orders are customized or bulk in nature, we do not accept returns once goods are delivered and accepted by the buyer.
Damaged Goods
In case of transit damage, it must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. We will evaluate and either replace the damaged goods or issue a credit note.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if payment has been made in advance and the order cannot be fulfilled from our end due to unforeseen reasons. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
Any order cancellation must be requested before dispatch. Post-dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.
