Orders are typically dispatched within 7–15 business days after order confirmation and payment terms are finalized.

All shipments are sent via reputed transporters or logistics partners. The buyer can also arrange their own transporter if required.

Once goods are handed over to the transporter, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We ensure proper packaging to minimize transit risk.

Unless specified otherwise, freight and logistics costs are borne by the buyer.

For overseas orders, shipping, customs duties, and clearance charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
